Jessica Duclos was born and raised in Quebec City, Canada. At age fifteen, she enthusiastically started a modeling career, hit the runway and landed several magazine covers and inserts. She was chosen for various print adverts for Angela Jones Swimwear, Jean-Francois Morissette, Holt Renfrew, Myco Anna, Jean Airoldi, Marie Dooley and Valisere Lingerie. Jessica found her true calling for acting during her commercial work as a lead actress for Chocolat Champagne Le Maître Confiseur, a chocolate company.
Shortly after, she moved to New York City to study at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Film and Theatre Institute and pursue her passion for acting full time.
Jessica made her film debut as ‘The Canadian Waitress’ in Antoine Manceaux’s film, The Day All Women Loved Me, which won best screenplay at the Paris Film Festival. She went on to act in a number of award-winning films, the most recent of which was, When A Honey Bee Stings (directed by Daniel Lomboy) in which she won an honorable mention for best actor, The First Gentleman (directed by Suhir Ponncchamy), All Points Bulletin (directed by Robert Cantu), Shore Thing (directed by Anthony Lovari) and Rising Sun (directed by Hakki Subentekin).
Jessica adds the Off Broadway stage to her list of talents with roles in such plays as, Sidetracked and Tiger, both directed by Sanja Bestic and landed a National Commercial as the face of Slotomania. She is making her directorial debut in her first self-produced film Split Second, and is currently producing and directing another short film, This Isn't Valparaiso, where she stars in the lead role and is featured as a vocalist on the soundtrack.
Now residing in Los Angeles, Jessica continues to grow as a multi-talented artist and speaks French, English and Spanish fluently. She utilizes her skill sets to the fullest, acting in numerous independent films, television, theater productions, music videos while fully immersed in the Health & Wellness world as an advocate for holistic beauty through nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
